About the Peer Insights Survey
Peer insights will ask you to rate your satisfaction and comment about your experience across five categories:
Overview: Summary of the business problem and your overall experience with the product and vendor.
Evaluation and Contracting: Assessment of the overall buying experience, pricing, and contract negotiations.
Integration and Deployment: Evaluation of your overall satisfaction during product deployment and integration.
Service and Support: Captures your views on the quality of post-implementation services and support.
Product Capabilities: Evaluation of the product’s capabilities to address your business use-case.
