These Terms of Use are in addition to the reseller or distributor agreement (the "Partner Agreement") that you, on behalf of your organization, have entered into with Illumio, Inc. (“Illumio”, “we”, “our”, “us”), and in the event of conflict between the Partner Agreement and these Terms of Use, the Partner Agreement would take precedence.
