Abby has been in the role of a lifetime working with wonderful customers to leverage their voices on behalf of Illumio. The best part of her day is when she’s connecting with customers and learning about their Illumio experiences. She loves being able to showcase the value of her advocacy program through metrics and was the Co-Chair of the Metrics Committee for the Summit on Customer Engagement for a number of years. She presented on this topic many times at those events. She’s passionate about customer advocacy and is proud to have achieved the status of Certified Customer Advocacy Professional Level II (CCAP II). In 2023, she was named one of the Top 100 Customer Marketing & Advocacy (CMA) Influencers and Strategists and has been nominated for the award in 2024 (judging not yet completed).
