Illumio Doubles Down on Partner First Strategy with Radius Channels Distribution Partnership
Collaboration will increase accessibility of Zero Trust Segmentation and help businesses build resilience against breaches and ransomware
Sunnyvale, CA – August 20, 2024 – Illumio Inc., the Zero Trust Segmentation (ZTS) company, and Radius Channels, a next-generation distributor and part of the Radius-Climb Alliance (along with Climb Channel Solutions), today announced a new distribution partnership in the U.S. and Canada. The partnership will form a key part of Illumio’s channel go-to-market strategy, with the two companies working together to drive partner recruitment, engagement, and enablement to accelerate go-to-market momentum and ZTS adoption across the region.
Despite record spending on cybersecurity, global organizations continue to experience more frequent and devastating breaches. The aggressive adoption of multi-cloud, hybrid and AI technologies has created an enormous attack surface and ideal conditions for cyber catastrophes. As a result, breach containment has become critical for cyber resilience, and ZTS is a modern security approach for containing and minimizing the impact of breaches and ransomware.
The collaboration underscores Illumio’s commitment to being a partner-first company and meets the needs of US and Canada MSP and reseller partners who are seeing increased demand for microsegmentation solutions. Partners working with Radius Channels will have access to the Illumio ZTS Platform, the most comprehensive platform for breach containment. Illumio ZTS prevents breaches from spreading across cloud, endpoints, and data centers by continually visualizing how workloads and devices are communicating, creating granular policies that only allow wanted and necessary communication, and automatically isolating breaches by restricting lateral movement proactively or during an active attack.

According to the 2023 Gartner® Market Guide for Microsegmentation, by 2026, 60% of enterprises working toward Zero Trust architecture will use more than one deployment form of microsegmentation, which is up from less than 5% in 2023. With Illumio ZTS, channel partners can address this growing market need and empower customers to prevent unnecessary lateral movement across their multi-cloud, hybrid organization.
