3 Highlights from Illumio at RSA Conference 2023

RSA Conference 2023 has come to an end with an estimated 40,000 people attending the conference at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. We enjoyed meeting everyone who stopped by Illumio’s booth to learn more about Illumio Zero Trust Segmentation.

As we reflect on this year’s conference, we’re excited to share these 3 highlights from our time there.

1. Hearing from Illumio customers and partners

If you visited Illumio’s booth at RSAC, you might’ve heard from our customers and partners speaking about the ways they're collaborating with Illumio to achieve cyber resilience with Zero Trust Segmentation (ZTS).

Illumio customers Brooks Sports and Mondi Group talked about the value they’re getting from Illumio. Microsoft and Armis, Illumio technology alliance partners, also joined us in the Illumio booth to discuss how we’re working together to build solutions that improve security for our customers.

Illumio’s CTO and Co-founder PJ Kirner spoke with Microsoft’s Narayan Annamalai, GM/Partner PM Manager, Microsoft Azure Networking.

2. Illumio + Brooks Fun Run across the Golden Gate Bridge

Early Wednesday morning, RSAC attendees joined Illumio and Brooks Sports for a 5k run across the Golden Gate Bridge.

Participants enjoyed swag and snacks when they reached the finish line.

A chilly, foggy morning didn’t stop fun run participants from crossing the Golden Gate.

Brooks chose Illumio ZTS to minimize their security risk by understanding traffic flows and limiting user-to-server interactions. With Illumio, they’re able to protect high-value assets, contain potential ransomware attacks, and ensure business continuity in the event of a breach.

3. Livestream of The Segment: A Zero Trust Leadership podcast

Bishop Fox Principal Researcher, Rob Ragan, joined Illumio in our booth for a special edition of The Segment: A Zero Trust Leadership podcast.

Rob Ragan from Bishop Fox spoke with Illumio’s Raghu Nandakumara in a livestream of The Segment podcast from Illumio’s RSAC booth.
